I'm Herb.
Herbert “Flight Time” Lang, a former 18 year Harlem Globetrotter Player/Coach, motivational speaker, emcee, world traveler, actor, and global ambassador for kindness, is a speaker, athlete, author, and entrepreneur with a mission to make the world a better place. From delivering motivational speeches and hosting dynamic events to leading basketball clinics and cycling in solidarity for unity, I strive to inspire others to embrace kindness and innovation in every part of their lives.
Whether I’m acting in front of the camera, creating memories with a basketball, cycling to unite communities, or inspiring young athletes and adults the same, my message is clear: kindness, creativity, remembering your dreams, and perseverance can change the world.
